Admission to our Toddler and Casa Programs is on a first-come, first-served basis. Returning students, former students, and their siblings receive priority. We strive to maintain balanced group enrollments based on age and gender.
Enrollment Process
- Register with the City of Ottawa Child Care Registry and Waitlist at the following: City of Ottawa Waitlist
(Note: when searching for school, search for “Orchardview Montessori School”) - As part of the application process, we ask all families to complete our internal Expression of Interest form (one per child).
- Once you have been informed that we have a spot becoming available, you will be invited for a tour of the school.
- Should you wish to apply for the opening, you will be provided with and asked to complete and submit our enrollment form by a due date provided to you.
- Once your enrollment form has been received by our school’s office, you will receive an acceptance letter and next steps for your child’s enrollment.

Important Notes
- If required documents are not submitted by the deadline, the spot will be offered to the next family on the waitlist.
